Rick Ross- Ashes To Ashes

Everybody Loves Rick Ross. But Not too many knew about this mixtape… Enjoy!

Drake- So Far Gone

Drakes critically acclaimed 3rd official mixtape. Although it was his 3rd, it felt like his first with so many searching and anticipating the night before it dropped. This mixtape changed the game of mixtapes. Mixtapes are no longer freestyles over your favorite beats. Big labels won’t allow artist to put out the music they want, so artist now take those songs and make it in to mixtapes. From the labels eyes, albums are out to attract new fans, and believe the fanbase accrued will just continue. But with the success of So Far Gone, artist are now putting out the music they want, and the hardcore fans are still happy. Thanks Drizzy! *Mentos Thumbs Up*

The Weeknd- Thursday

Although The Weeknd is still not heavily known, He is still making a name for his self amongst his fans. With his 2nd official mixtape, he is slowly making his lane in the R&B world. Also a great co-sign from Drake wouldn’t hurt either. Check him out at The-Weeknd.com

5 Years Too Late Or Just In Time!?!?

Close to one million copies of Tha Carter IV sold in its first-week hasn’t made hip-hop’s hardest working MC relax at all. Lil Wayne is already recording his next album. The next project he’s working on is I Can’t Feel My Face with Juelz Santana. Wayne and Santana began working on the I Cant Feel My Face album over five-years ago. Just about all the songs they did together leaked out on mixtapes, but an official LP never came to fruition. Now, the two friends have decided to give the project another try and obviously work on all new material.

Let's recap on how hot that "I Can't Feel My Face" was...

The Streets is Talking...

Hip Hop Is Alive...

In a time where records sells are at a all time low Lil Wayne sets another standard by doing almost 1 Million records in his first week with his new album the Carter IV. Billboard.com states that the Carter IV has sold 964,000 in its first week according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The album easily will debut on the Billboard 200 charts at the number one spot. As C4 goes nearly plat the first weak, I think it helps warrants a good question....."Does Jay need to respond on record to Lil Wayne?" I mean on one side you are going to have the Jay fans who are going to say no because he has everything a person could want, badder bitch, more money, nicer flow, etc. But the Wayne fans will state he is half his age, a punchline rapper, and obviously the new mainstream face of hip hop. The situation has all the components for some epic shit. It could def be a battle for the history books and one that would be good for the culture. What the fuck you think????

DJ DRAMA PRESENTS: YOUNG JEEZY THE REAL IS BACK PT 2

Looks like Young Jeezy and DJ Drama does it again by dropping another classic mixtape for the streets. The album is definitely a reminiscence of what made Jeezy the Trap of Die King for so many years. His lyrics on this album are meant to make niggas remember he still is that and wants to prepare you for whats to come on TM103 on Sept 20. Starting the album off with a song called "The Real is Back" is the perfect selection as DJ Drama brings the beat back 4 times to force a listener to hear Jeezy lyrics saying "I been a boy in the hood before I ever knew Puffy, bitch I been a made man I dare you muuufuckers to touch me". Then as the beat finally drops it will make any nigga wit beat (pause) proud to own a system. I strongly suggest niggas to copt this one as its a must have in any Jeezy fan complilation. I also would look forward to TM103 because I think the tracks for this mixtape are throw away's from the album. If that's the case. We might have a contender for the hottest album of the year. What the fuck you think????
